Great job last night choir. We had 70 singers last night, which is great, because this means over the last few weeks our average attendance in choir rehearsals has risen 17 percent over this spring. Exciting times!
Just as a reminder, I’m looking for more orchestra players. If you know someone who is a part of our church or wishes to be and plays, send them my way. I’m especially looking for the following instruments:
French Horns/Alto Saxes
Oboe
1 Flute- We found a flute player!
Viola
Clarinet
Next week ORCHESTRA meets from 6-8 in the Fellowship Building.
Jana will be offering assistance with Planning Center and tablets next Wednesday the 31st before choir at 5:30 in the Fellowship Building. Please come if you need help. You may also reach out to us anytime to set up a one on one tutorial at your convenience.

Once we get back into the sanctuary, we will have combined rehearsals from 6-8 (again, get here when you can) until CIC, with the exception of the Thanksgiving Service on November 16th and the week of Thanksgiving (23rd).

Outfits: If you haven’t been fitted for your shirt ladies, let Jana know so we can take care of that for you. You’ll need to find/ purchase solid black pants that are long enough to touch the tops of your black closed-toed shoes. We need to place our order in coming weeks. Men, we need your shirt size (neck size and arm length). Men you’ll also receive a maroon tie. You need to find solid black pants as well.
Cost: $40 for ladies tops; $50 for men’s shirt and tie. We are exploring an online way to pay, but for the meantime, cash or check is the way to go. You can actually drop your payment in the offering box at the church with the memo filled out choir/orchestra outfit or give your payment to me or Jana.
